By accessing or using Spotfolio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Spotfolio may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining your account, login credentials, and any activity under your account. Notify Spotfolio immediately of any unauthorized use. Spotfolio is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.
The Service is provided for a one-time fee of $49, granting access to Spotfolio for 1 year from the date of purchase. Payment must be made via our secure payment gateway.
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Refund requests must be submitted through the dashboard. Refunds are only issued to the original payment method. After 7 days, all sales are final.
After 1 year, continued access is subject to renewal at the rate in effect at the time of renewal. Spotfolio reserves the right to modify the renewal pricing. Users will be notified of renewal pricing in advance via email or dashboard.
You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, profile info, images). By using Spotfolio, you grant Spotfolio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute content in connection with providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws. Spotfolio may remove content that violates these Terms or is objectionable, without liability.
Spotfolio grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and professional purposes. You may not:
The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available". Spotfolio makes no guarantees regarding results, job offers, or performance metrics. You agree that using the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spotfolio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost opportunities, or damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spotfolio and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of:
Spotfolio may terminate your access at any time for violation of Terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service (e.g., email, usage metrics, uploads). Data may be used to provide and maintain the Service, improve functionality, and communicate account and renewal information. We do not sell your personal data. Users may request deletion of their account and associated data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising must be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force.
Spotfolio may update Terms or renewal pricing at any time. Users will be notified via dashboard or email before changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms or pricing.
